Popular scheme Pricing
- Set Up Fees USD 0/-
- ResAvenue fees per transaction shall be the 6% (excluding applicable taxes) of the Reservation Amount of every reservation generated through ResAvenue. The 6% shall be charged at the time of booking and your cardholder / customer shall be informed that the charge is a “Non-refundable Reservation Guarantee Deposit of Total Room/Package Charge”. The Hotelier can charge the 94% of Remaining Room Charges, plus any service charges and local taxes through the customer's credit card provided by ResAvenue at the hotel counter at any time. If there is a No show, cancellation etc., the Hotelier can charge the customers card as per the Hotel Property's Cancellation / No show policy.
- Hotel Reservation staff shall be informed of the reservations in real time through Email and Fax. Complete details of the reservation including the card number information will be conveyed by ResAvenue to enable the Hotel to charge the remainder amount and other charges.
- An annual software upgradation charges of USD 35 per Participating Hotel property, which shall be payable at the end of the first year.
Hotel Commitments
1. Best Rates Online
Your Hotel must put up the 'best rates online' on your own hotel website through ResAvenue. The 'Best Rates Online' is defined as room rates at least equal to the lowest rates offered by any portal, online travel agent or other rate-carrying agents on the Web.
2. Room Blockings
Your Hotel should block at least five percent (5%) of your total number of rooms in all room types. At your discretion, you may adjust the Room Blockings as necessary to accommodate the demands of seasonality, holiday periods, special events and other situations.
3. Reservation Management
The Hotel is solely responsible for ensuring that information in your Hotel Website, including the Internet Booking Engine, is accurate and the reservations are actively managed.
4. Connectivity
The Hotel must access the Internet at least once per day to verify reservations secured through the Internet Booking Engine. Use of a high-speed, broadband Internet connection is strongly recommended. In the absence of an Internet connection, the Hotel may utilize the services of an Internet Café or other service to fulfill these requirements.
5. General Terms
Duration Agreement
The duration of the contract will be three (3) years unless otherwise terminated or extended in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement will automatically continue for further consecutive terms of three (3) years commencing on the anniversary of the date of execution of Agreement and ending three (3) years later unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement or either party gives written notice to the other party at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiry of the initial or any subsequent term that that party does not wish the Agreement to continue for a further three (3) year term.
6. Fax Reservation Advise
For hotels located in areas where Internet Services are unreliable, ResAvenue®is enabled for automated email to fax service which will provide
a printout facility of the Internet Reservation on the properties
front office fax number.
