This is to ensure a stable and growing amount of bookings that you can rely on. Limiting ourselves in this way means that we have to work harder with our marketing efforts in order to drive significant business to your company.

1. Best Rates Online Your Hotel must put up the 'best rates online' on the ResAvenue® Extranet. The 'Best Rates Online' is defined as room rates at least equal to the lowest rates offered by any portal, online travel agent or other rate-carrying agents on the Web.

2. Room Blockings Your Hotel should endeavour to block at least five percent (5%) of your total number of rooms in all room types. At your discretion, you may adjust the Room Blockings as necessary to accommodate the demands of seasonality, holiday periods, special events and other situations.

3. Reservation Management The Hotel is solely responsible for ensuring that information in the ResAvenue® Extranet is accurate and the reservations are actively managed.

There are No Charges to set up your account with the ResAvenue® Extranet. Our Merchant Services team will assist you in setting up your account, including marketing, uploading images, rates & inventory management and more. Once your hotel is on-line and live on the ResAvenue® Extranet, there are no annual fees or service costs.

1. Complete the ResAvenue® Extranet Agreement, a copy of which can be downloaded from the www.ResAvenue.com website.

2. Complete the INFO SHEET (Information Sheet) a. Prepare separate info sheet attachments for each participating hotel. Use the Property List page to list all participating properties.

b. Please put in Rates that are Nett of Commission. Rates must be a minimum 25% discount off the lowest published rate for the hotel only program or minimum 30% discount off lowest published rate for the packaged program. c. Be sure to include Starting Allocations for each room type. Use space provided directly below “Room Types” section. Once we built your property in our system, we will contact you to conduct a training session on the ResAvenue® Extranet. 3. Mail us the completed signed documents, to any of the Avenues offices mentioned in the Contact Us section of ResAvenue website (http://www.resavenue.com/contact_resav.jsp).

We will set up your property in our Extranet and give you a ‘User Name’ and ‘Password’, to enable you to control your room inventory in our extranet system. Our Merchant Services team will assist you in managing your account, including marketing, uploading images, rates & inventory management and more. If you don’t want to actively manage our extranet, you can email your special rates to our Merchant Services team and they shall update the same on your behalf.

We work on the Nett Non-Commissionable Rate Structure. You have to give us your best available nett rates and we will mark it up by our commission which will be recovered by us from the customer instantly at the time of the reservation. Our mark-up commission will vary according to our affiliate commission structure, marketing expenses, demand-supply ratio, etc. If you work on a structure wherein your hotel rates need to be fixed, we will ensure that we mark up our commission to meet your fixed nett rate.

For example: If your fixed nett rate is 100$ and you want us to sell at that rate, you have to ensure that you upload your room inventory at 75$ for unbundled rooms and we mark it up to reach 100$.

We will be selling your room inventory at your best available rate. You will be giving us your room inventory at Nett non-commissionable rates which is:-
(i) 25% off lowest Published Rates (i.e. your best available rates) in the case of Unbundled Rooms,
(ii) at least 30% off lowest Published Rates (i.e. your best available rates) in the case of Packaged Rooms, and
(iii) at least 35% off lowest Published Rates (i.e. your best available rates) in the case of Distressed Rooms. For Example: If your best available rate is 100USD and you want us to sell at that rate, you have to ensure that you upload your room inventory at 75USD for unbundled rooms and we mark it up to reach 100USD.

You can load your room inventory pricing in the currency of your choice.

We are also in talks with ABACUS (GDS) wherein we will connect you to 18000 of their travel agents, corporates etc. We are also shortly coming out with a white-label booking engine and XML feed connection for B2C travel websites and portal.

Using EventAvenue's easy features and functionalities, you can pre-set a 'Sold Out' message to display once your registration limits have been reached. You can also activate the 'Wait List' option to display so that attendee can include their names on the wait list.
