To become an authorized user, you must enter into an agreement with Avenues and obtain an identification code and password from INFIBEAM AVENUES LTD for use solely by your entity and the employees, officers and directors of your entity and solely to access the ResAvenue® website and the ResAvenue® Merchant Accounting and Reporting System (M.A.R.S.) for purposes of compliance with your obligations set forth in the agreement. Any distribution or use of your assigned identification code and password not expressly authorized herein is prohibited. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by INFIBEAM AVENUES LTD.
